Samuel serves as the Associate to highly experienced and renowned Buyer’s Agent, Walter Nanni.

A graduate with a Bachelors degree in Marketing and Media from the University of Macquarie, Samuel thrives on interpersonal relationships with his clients and exceeding their every need.  His unwavering passion to the world of property has fueled his dedication for building an in-depth understanding of the dynamic Sydney property market.

Prior to joining iBuy Property, Samuel honed his expertise during a stint as a law clerk, specialising in contractual law for over a year and a half. This professional background equips him with a unique perspective that benefits his clients.

Walter brings 30 years worth of experience in the real estate industry as the company director who guides clients of this boutique-style agency.

Having built a large portfolio of 12 properties from scratch valued at over $15 million, he has also been featured in property investment publications as well as many speaking engagements teaching investors how to invest in property.
